I have to say 2012 was a WAY better year for our family than 2011. 2011 was the definitely the worst year of my life losing my mom and learning how to live without her (still learning how to do that). 2012 brought many blessings that made life happier and gave us things to look forward to...
*In February Aaron made his annual trip down to the Phoenix Open where he enjoys VIP treatment and gets to meet all the pro golfers and celebrities at the tournament (I hope he lived it up since he has to skip this year with the baby arriving sometime around then). Where is my fun trip....friends, let's get on that! :)
*I finished all the credits I can take for work! If you're a teacher, you understand how awesome that feels.
*In May Aaron got a new job at a place he absolutely loves working at (Sundog). He has learned tons and is valued a lot at the company already.
*In June we found out we were expecting another baby!!!
*We spend many weekends at the lake throughout the summer.
*In July/August We sold our home and began the building process of our dream home.
*In September we found out Shea's getting a little BROTHER! Daddy was just a tad excited!
*In September we moved back in with my dad for 2 months....one big happy family. :) (I think he was relieved to get rid of us)
*At the end of November we moved in to the new house....we absolutely love it and are so glad to be settled before this baby boy arrives, especially since my doctor told me to take it easy and rest as much as possible the rest of my pregnancy.
*We managed to fit in 5 Christmas's with family...Shea had a hard time excepting Christmas was over, Jingle (our Elf on the Shelf) was gone, and that she didn't have any more days of presents to open left.
*I have to say the best thing this year was watching Shea grow...she's funny, sweet, smart, stubborn, caring and so much more. It's crazy to think that soon we will have another little one that we will love as much as her.
Here's to life settling down in 2013 and bringing more blessings and happiness!!
